80gb ps3 with games swap for xbox360 elite ?

hi iam looking to swap my ps3 for an xbox360 elite.the playstation come with 1 controller,games and a power cable,no scart cable as i use hdmi and i will be keeping it. the games are mw3 battlefield3 fifa12(with euro 2012 add-on) uncharted3 pes12 james bond goldeneye reloaded black ops operation flashpoint red river brink medal of honor sniper ghost warrior fallout new vegas fallout3 bad comapny2 fifa11 pes08 the elite would need to come with games,power cable,controller and i would like it to come with a wireless adaptor and a mic so i could go online.
