These things weigh a minuscule 638g (just over 1 pound), that’s around two thirds the weight of the original netbook; the Asus Eee PC 701! Like the heavenly thin MacBook Air, the P-series is also under 2cm thick at 19.8mm and only slightly larger than an office envelope. The LED backlit screen, 8 inches across and in a wide-screen format, has a surprisingly high 1600x768 resolution (compared to 1024x600 for your everyday netbook). At that resolution, it’s unlikely you’ll ever need much side-scrolling again, since most web pages aren’t that wide. Battery life is stated as 4 hours for the standard model, or 8 for the large capacity battery – enough for a full days work. Included is a spare battery, a CD/DVD drive with connection, a connection for broadband (to connect before going wireless if need be), a wireless mouse and adapter. I do have a carry case however I can not find it as I have just moved house. This would be posted on at further time if bought without case as not extra cost. The computer is updated to Windows 9 with AVG has internet security. I am selling my lovely mini vaio as I do not use it and it sits away in a cupboard. I used it alot for college as it was light enough for my back. This is a must see and at a bargain price compared to stores. Original Box is not included.
